أعلنت الشركة السعودية للكهرباء عن فتح باب التقديم لبرنامج التدريب الصناعي المنتهي بالتوظيف، والمخصص لخريجي وخريجات الكليات والمعاهد التقنية، ويهدف إلى تزويد المتدربين بالمعارف والمهارات اللازمة لشغل وظائف مستهدفة بالشركة، وذلك وفقاً للتفاصيل الموضحة أدناه.

The Saudi Electricity Company announced the opening of applications for its industrial training program, which leads to employment, and is dedicated to graduates of colleges and technical institutes. The program aims to provide trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to fill targeted positions within the company, according to the details explained below

عن البرنامج:
- هو برنامج تدريبي منتهي بالتوظيف مخصص لخريجات/خريجي الكليات والمعاهد التقنية.
- يكتسب المتدرب من خلاله المعارف والمهارات النظرية والعملية لشغل وظيفة مستهدفة بالشركة.
- مدة البرنامج: 12 شهراً.
- يبدأ البرنامج يوم الأحد بتاريخ 1447/08/06هـ الموافق 2026/01/25م.

About the program

 This is a training program leading to employment, designed for graduates of technical colleges and institutes

 Through this program, trainees acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills necessary for a targeted position within the company

 Program duration: 12 months

 The program begins on Sunday, August 6, 1447 AH (January 25, 2026)

شروط القبول:
- أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.
- ألا يتجاوز العمر 26 سنة.
- حصول على اختبار كفايات اللغة الإنجليزية STEP.
- لم يسبق له الحصول على دعم من صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية (هدف).
