About the Authority

 The General Authority for State Properties was established following the approval of the Saudi Council of Ministers to transform the “State Properties Department” into a public authority on September 4, 2018, after a recommendation from the Council of Economic and Development Affairs. On April 6, 2021, the Saudi Council of Ministers approved the regulations for monitoring state properties and removing encroachments
